The Perleas Estate spans 17 acres and contains about 1100 trees. The farming that dominates the area is that of citrus trees. Orange trees, lemon trees, tangerine trees add unique touches to the painting of our mansion with their colors and smells. There are also olive trees to provide the olive oil that the Perleas Estate needs, and there is still a small area of potato and horticulture.
All crops are organic since 1992 and have been officially certified for organic farming since 1993. The fertile land of Chios offers us the biggest part of the raw materials we need to prepare your breakfast. A breakfast that we prepare daily, with a lot of love for our guests.
