“The rooms were renovated to provide all the modern amenities and are furnished with old furniture that I maintain and each of them is a jewel in its own right,” says Vangelis.
“I started to make sweets in small quantities, only for family use, but they liked it very much, and friends and relatives started to ask for it, so slowly, this small but very well organized laboratory was set up,” says Claire .
